By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using LORG in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What LORG is

LORG is only a platform that connects adults who enjoy going out and partying. LORG does not organise, host, supervise, attend, inspect or control any party, venue, gathering, product or member. Every event is created and run by independent members ("hosts") who are solely responsible for it.

2. No responsibility — limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LORG, its owners, staff and partners are not responsible or liable for anything that happens through, during, before or after the use of the app, including but not limited to:

• injury, illness, death, assault, theft, loss or damage to person or property;
• the conduct, identity, statements or actions of any member, host, guest or third party;
• alcohol, substances, food, transport, accommodation or venue safety;
• cancelled, changed or disappointing events, and disputes between members;
• items bought or sold on the marketplace, their quality, legality or delivery;
• lost data, service interruptions, or any direct, indirect or consequential loss.

You attend events, meet people and trade items entirely at your own risk. Verification by LORG is not a guarantee of anyone's identity, character or safety.

3. Eligibility and conduct

You must be 18 or over (or the legal drinking age where you are, if higher). You agree to obey all laws, respect other members, and not share illegal, sexual, violent or hateful content. LORG may suspend or remove any account at any time without notice.

4. Hosts

Hosts are solely responsible for their event, guests, venue, permits, safety, noise, insurance, and for any address or information they share.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. Fees for tickets, extra party listings and LORG Black are shown before you pay. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. LORG Black host earnings are paid manually after the party ends.

6. Marketplace

Sales are agreements between members only. LORG is not a party to any sale and gives no warranty.

7. Indemnity

You agree to cover LORG against any claim, cost or loss arising from your use of the app, your events, your listings or your behaviour.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
